Mr. Doyle focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jerome J. Strelov, Mr. Doyle practiced real estate litigation and represented parties in residential condominium and cooperative apartment transactions in New York. He is a member of the Real Property, Young Lawyers, and Supreme Court Sections of the New York County Lawyer’s Association, as well as the Real Estate Committees of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Mrs. Erbst specializes in commercial and residential real estate law. She represents purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. Ms. Erbst also represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing. In addition, Ms. Erbst has extensive experience in commercial mortgage and mezzanine financing, property development, joint venture agreements, workouts and restructurings, and various commercial contracts.
Ms. Erbst is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Rosalie D. Friedberg
Rosalie D. Friedberg’s practice includes all areas of commercial and residential real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, and financing. Rosalie brings substantial experience and a client-first, goal-oriented approach to her representation of clients. Rosalie has extensive experience representing real estate developers and owners leasing out office and retail space and representing corporate tenants as well as owners and tenants of shopping centers. Rosalie is equally comfortable representing sellers and purchasers of commercial and residential properties.
Rosalie graduated with a J.D. with Distinction from Hofstra University School of Law and with a B.A. with Honors from Binghamton University majoring in economics. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
